Data breach prevention software, known as DSP, is a great option to help you avoid a serious data breach.
Unfortunately, not all of the companies that offer this software support it.
To help you find the best solution for your data security needs, we have put together this guide to help guide you through the DSP process.

A data protection policy is a written agreement between you and your data provider.
It tells you exactly how much data you can store, how long you can keep your data and what you can do with it.
If your data protection agreement is not sufficient, you can go back to the drawing board and come up with a new one.
If your data is stored on a secure server, then your data protections agreement will only apply to that server.
You can’t store your data on a network or in another part of the internet.
A data plan will apply to all of your data, including your personal data, in the form of a set of guidelines for how your data will be used.
You will also have access to the information that is stored and shared in this plan.
Your data is shared in your data plan if you are part of a group of people or if you have a group who share information.
Your personal data will also be shared if you: use a mobile phone or tablet; download content from the internet; connect to the internet or access the internet from a third party; access the web from your computer; connect a TV, radio or other device; access a computer or mobile device; use a tablet or a smart phone; or use a smart device.
In order to apply for a data plan, you will need to: complete a survey, fill out an application and pay a monthly fee.
If you are under the age of 18, you may need to have a parent or guardian sign for your birth certificate, which is required in Canada to get a birth certificate for your child.
